• To register for this class, you need to pay the full amount of $155.00 to reserve your spot.

  Please note that refunds are not available unless we can find someone to replace you. As we get closer to the event, it becomes less likely that we will be able to find a replacement for you. If you cancel and we can refill your spot, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid, minus a $50 administrative fee.

   If we have to cancel the class, we will refund the full amount you paid.

Encaustic Art Class Liability Waiver

I am fully aware of the inherent risks associated with attending this encaustic art class. By registering and participating, I explicitly acknowledge that working with encaustic mediums involves specialized tools and processes, including but not limited to molten wax, open flames, heated palettes, hot fusion tools, and chemical fumes. I understand that these activities carry a risk of physical injury, such as burns, respiratory irritation, or cuts.

I certify that my participation is completely voluntary, and I assume all risks connected with this activity. I agree to release the studio, its officers, instructors, agents, and employees from any and all liability, financial responsibility, or legal claims for injuries or property damage that may occur on-site before, during, or after the class, regardless of the circumstances.

I confirm that I do not have any physical or medical conditions (such as severe respiratory sensitivities) that would increase my likelihood of injury during this workshop. I promise to strictly obey all safety rules, handle all heated equipment with care, use provided ventilation systems correctly, and immediately ask the instructor for clarification if I am unsure how to operate a tool safely.
